Garlic Butter
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, grated parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and Brits Cookin Cajun seasoning. If using, mix in the mayo for extra juiciness.
- Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the garlic butter ingredients together.
- After 10 minutes, baste the chicken with garlic butter, flip the skewers, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Once done, brush on more garlic butter, sprinkle with shredded parmesan, and serve.
