These Fried Dates with Yoghurt pair warm, caramelized Medjool dates with cool, creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy pistachios, flaky sea salt, and a light drizzle of olive oil. The simple combination creates a rich sweet-and-salty breakfast, snack, or dessert in just minutes.

Ingredients:
- butter
- medjool dates
- yoghurt
- olive oil
- sea salt
- pistachios (crushed)

Directions
- Slice the MEDJOOL DATES in half lengthwise and remove the pits.
- Add the BUTTER to a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Allow the butter to melt completely and begin to foam lightly.
- Place the date halves cut-side down in the melted butter.
- Cook for approximately 2–3 minutes, or until the cut sides become deeply golden and caramelized.
- Turn the dates and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until warmed through and lightly caramelized on the second side.
- Spread the GREEK YOGURT</span into a shallow serving bowl, creating soft swirls with the back of a spoon.
- Arrange the warm fried dates over the yogurt.
- Drizzle the EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL</span lightly over the yogurt and dates.
- Sprinkle with FLAKY SEA SALT.
- Finish with the chopped PISTACHIOS, scattering them naturally across the dates and yogurt.
- Serve immediately while the dates are still warm and the yogurt is cool.
