Directions

  1. Boil linguine pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breast slices with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in roasted red peppers and cook for another minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  7. Lower heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
  8. Return chicken to skillet, add cooked linguine, and toss until coated in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
