This Cilantro Lime Salmon with Avocado Salad is the perfect combination of fresh, vibrant flavors and satisfying protein. Directions

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon fillets if desired and cut into smaller portions.
  2. Season the salmon with onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the avocados, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently and set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
