This Cilantro Lime Salmon with Avocado Salad is the perfect combination of fresh, vibrant flavors and satisfying protein. For the Salmon + Serving
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- salt (to taste)

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- white rice (cooked, for serving)
- fresh cilantro (for serving)
- wedges lime (for serving)
For the Avocado Salad
- 2 avocados (diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (juiced)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)

Directions
- Remove the skin from the salmon fillets if desired and cut into smaller portions.
- Season the salmon with onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the avocados, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
- If needed, transfer the salmon to a 375°F oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the white rice according to package instructions. Stir in chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt if desired.
- Serve the salmon over rice and top generously with the avocado salad.
