Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These chicken lettuce wraps are bold, saucy, and full of umami flavor. A low-carb meal that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or entertaining guests!

- Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice red and orange bell peppers and chop green onion for garnish. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, half of the garlic and ginger, water, white pepper, and cornstarch. Set sauce aside.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the remaining garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add in the ground chicken and cook until fully browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, pour in the prepared sauce. Stir in brown sugar and sriracha, mixing until combined.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to coat in the sauce. Garnish with chopped green onion.
- Lay out fresh lettuce leaves. Spoon the chicken mixture into each leaf, top with sliced bell peppers and additional green onion. Drizzle any extra sauce over the top.
