Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or similar sized dish.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Return the skillet to low heat. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough. If using perforated sheets, press the seams together to form one large rectangle. Press the dough into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- Spread the slightly cooled beef mixture evenly over the crescent dough in the dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent roll crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the bake cool for 5 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
