A quick, protein-packed skillet meal that comes together in under 20 minutes! Seasoned ground turkey, hearty black beans, and melted cheese are scooped into warm tortillas and topped with cool, creamy Greek yogurt. Perfect for busy weeknights when you need something fast, filling, and delicious.

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 lb ground turkey. Season with 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cumin, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Add 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed. Stir to combine and cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup shredded cheese evenly over the top. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with high-protein tortillas and a dollop of Greek yogurt. Add optional toppings like salsa, fresh cilantro, or a squeeze of lime if desired. Enjoy!
