A viral breakfast trend that’s as delicious as it is easy! Thick, creamy custard is baked right into the center of toast, then topped with juicy blueberries for a protein-packed, naturally sweetened start to your day. Ready in just 10 minutes in the air fryer.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, egg, vanilla bean paste, and honey until smooth and well combined.
  2. Using your fingers, gently press down on the center of each slice of bread to create a well or indent.
  3. Spoon the custard mixture evenly into the wells of both bread slices.
  4. Top the custard generously with fresh blueberries, pressing them in slightly.
  5. Place the prepared toasts in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, or until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and enjoy warm!
