Fluffy, delicious pancakes made with just 3 simple ingredients! No complicated steps, no long ingredient lists—just ripe banana, flour, and an egg. Perfect for a quick breakfast or when you’re craving something warm and satisfying.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, smash the ripe banana until mostly smooth.
  2. Add flour and egg to the bowl. Mix together until well combined and a smooth batter forms.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil if needed.
  4. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form pancakes (the recipe makes about 3 pancakes).
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip carefully.
