Fluffy, delicious pancakes made with just 3 simple ingredients! No complicated steps, no long ingredient lists—just ripe banana, flour, and an egg. Perfect for a quick breakfast or when you’re craving something warm and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana (ripe, smashed)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg

Directions
- In a bowl, smash the ripe banana until mostly smooth.
- Add flour and egg to the bowl. Mix together until well combined and a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil if needed.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form pancakes (the recipe makes about 3 pancakes).
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip carefully.
- Cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
