Teriyaki Meatball Bowls
Why These Teriyaki Meatball Bowls Are A Weeknight Winner
Easy, gluten free, and packed with protein—these teriyaki meatball bowls come together in just 30 minutes. Juicy turkey meatballs are baked until golden, then tossed in a sticky, sweet-savory teriyaki sauce with a hint of chili crunch. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice for a meal that’s as delicious as it is wholesome. (Not my video, from Cassia Sian.)

- Mix the meatball ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, gluten free breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, egg, salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Form the meatballs: Roll the mixture into 2-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

- Make the sauce: While the meatballs bake, mix together the teriyaki sauce, gluten free soy sauce, a splash of maple syrup, and chili crunch in a small bowl.

Pro Tips
- Don’t overmix: Mix the meatball ingredients just until combined—overmixing can make them tough.
- Gluten free friendly: Use gluten free breadcrumbs and soy sauce to keep this recipe completely gluten free.
- Adjust the heat: Add more or less chili powder and chili crunch depending on your spice preference.
- Meal prep hero: These meatballs are perfect for meal prep—make a batch and reheat throughout the week.
- Swap the protein: Ground chicken, pork, or beef all work great in place of turkey.
