Ingredients: 1.5 lbs chicken wings; 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated); 4 cloves garlic (grated); 1 tsp chicken bullion powder; 1 tsp adobo seasoning; 1 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/4 tsp white pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp Shao Xing cooking wine; 1 pot neutral oil (for frying); 1-2 red chilies (sliced); 1-2 green chilies (sliced); 1/2 cup rice flour; 1/4 cup cornstarch; 1/4 cup all-purpose flour; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder; 1/2 - 3/4 cup sparkling water (enough to make a smooth but thick batter)
