These Crispy Garlic Chicken wings are marinated in savory aromatics, coated in a light and crispy batter, and fried to golden perfection. Serve them with spicy chilies for the ultimate crunch and flavor bomb!

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl.
  2. Grate fresh ginger and garlic over the chicken. Add chicken bouillon, adobo, onion powder, paprika, white pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, and shao xing cooking wine. Mix thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the batter: combine rice flour, corn starch, all purpose flour, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, and a splash of sparkling water. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Dip each piece of marinated chicken into the batter, coating well.
  5. Heat oil in a large pot. Fry the chicken until crispy and golden on all sides.
  6. Toss in a few sliced red and green chilies during the last minute of frying for extra spice and flavor.
  7. Remove from oil, drain on a rack or paper towel, and serve hot!
