Estimated Cost: $11–15 total
Cost Per Serving: $2.75–$3.75

Why You’ll Love It

This recipe takes inspiration from steakhouse baked potatoes and seafood-stuffed potatoes found at coastal restaurants.

Fluffy baked potatoes are loaded with juicy steak bites, sweet crab, melted cheese, green onions, and a creamy garlic herb sauce. It’s rich, satisfying, and looks far more expensive than it actually is.

For the most budget-friendly version, use imitation crab (surimi), which can often be found for a fraction of the cost of lump crab meat while still providing that classic seafood flavor.
