This simple salmon salad combines tender salmon, crisp vegetables, and mixed greens for a quick, protein-packed meal that supports healthy eating goals while delivering heart-healthy omega-3 fats and satisfying nutrition.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz salmon
- 8 cups butter lettuce
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 small shallot
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper (to taste)

Directions
