Packed with flavor, protein, and fiber without the added sugar or starchy overload. It’s a satisfying and blood sugar-friendly meal that’s perfect for chilly nights or easy weekly meal prep.

Brown the Turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon.

Sauté the Aromatics: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened. (Add olive oil if needed.)

Transfer to Crockpot: Pour the turkey mixture into a crockpot or slow cooker.

Add Spices & Tomatoes: Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Add the Beans: Mix in the rinsed black beans and kidney beans.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve: Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh cilantro, avocado slices, or a small dollop of Greek yogurt.
