Pineapple Chili Tequila Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 or 1 Cup Tequila Blanco
- 1/4 Cup Orange Liquor
- 1-2 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- 2 Limes (Juice)
- 1/ 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Chucks
- 1 Jalapeno (Thinly Sliced (REMOVE THE SEEDS!))
- Sparkling Water (To Top)
- Tajin (Add to glass rim)

Instructions
1. Build the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, tequila, Tijana rum, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
2. Add the Flavor
Add the fresh pineapple chunks and thinly sliced jalapeños to the pitcher. Gently stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse (longer if you have the time for a deeper flavor).
3. Prep the Glasses
Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip into Tajín to coat the rim evenly.
4. Serve
Fill glasses with ice, then pour the chilled sangria over the ice. Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water for a light, refreshing finish.
5. Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a slice of jalapeño for a vibrant, elevated presentation.
