- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp kosher sallt
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika, sweet or smoked
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top (optional but helps crisping).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. This ensures a crispier skin!
- Mix olive oil and all seasonings in a large bowl.
- Toss drumsticks in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange on baking rack or directly on the foil-lined tray, spacing them out.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
