- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 8 strips
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 200 g all-purpose flour (note: only about 10u201315g adheres per tender)
- 120 g potato starch (approximately 5u20138g adheres per tender)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 40 g light butter
- 25 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Juice of u00bd lemon
- Cooking spray (olive oil or similar)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Toss chicken with salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Step 3: In a bowl, mix flour, potato starch, and seasonings. Add sparkling water to form a smooth batter.
- Step 4: Dip each chicken strip into batter, let excess drip off, and place on lined baking sheet.
