Dill Parmesan Wing Sauce

A creamy, savory, and herby sauce that transforms crispy wings into a gourmet experience, featuring fresh dill, parmesan, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in dill and lemon juice. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Toss the sauce over hot crispy wings and garnish with additional dill.
Pro Tip: This sauce also works wonderfully on grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and as a dip for fries.
