This quick, budget-friendly omelette packs plenty of flavor into just five minutes. Garlic, onion, tomato, green onion, and smoky paprika cook beneath fluffy eggs and melty cheese for an easy savory breakfast that can be enjoyed on its own or with bread.

Ingredients:
- 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 medium tomato (diced)
- salt
- black pepper
- smoked paprika
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices cheese
- bread (optional)

Directions
- Heat a small amount of COOKING OIL in a pan. Add the sliced GARLIC and sauté briefly.
- Add the diced ONION and TOMATO and stir for a few seconds.
- Season with SALT, BLACK PEPPER, and SMOKED PAPRIKA. Mix well.
- Stir in the finely chopped GREEN ONIONS.
- Season the whisked EGGS with salt and black pepper to taste, then pour them into the pan over the vegetables.
- Let the eggs cook until they begin to set.
- Place the CHEESE SLICES over the omelette. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the heat to melt the cheese.
- Remove the lid and fold the omelette in half. Fold again if desired for your preferred presentation.
- Transfer the omelette to a plate and enjoy with a fork or serve with BREAD, if desired.
