The quickest, most flavorful cucumber salad you’ll ever make! Ready in just 5 minutes, this crunchy, refreshing side dish is tossed in a bold yuzu sesame dressing with chili oil, garlic oil, cilantro, and green onions. Perfect for pairing with any Asian-inspired meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 mini cucumbers
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sesame dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp garlic oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 2 green onions (chopped)

Directions
- Prep the cucumbers: Slice mini cucumbers into rounds or bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together yuzu sesame dressing, Mama’s chili oil, and everyday garlic oil until well combined.
- Drain the cucumbers: Gently squeeze out any excess water from the salted cucumbers to keep them extra crunchy.
