Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen grapes (red or black work best)
- Juice of u00bd lemon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 3 tbsp water (only as needed to blend)

Instructions
- Start by placing the frozen grapes into a high-speed blender or food processor. Since they’re frozen solid, give them a minute or two on the counter to soften slightly before blending.
- Add in the lemon juice and maple syrup. The lemon brings brightness, while the maple adds depth to the sweetness — together they elevate the natural grape flavor.
- Blend on high, pulsing as needed. If your machine struggles, add 1–2 tbsp water at a time to loosen it up, but don’t go overboard — you want a thick, scoopable consistency.
- Once smooth, taste and adjust the sweetness if desired. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or transfer to a freezer-safe container to firm up for 30–60 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
- Top with fresh mint, a squeeze of lemon, or enjoy it pure and simple!
