4-Ingredient Grape Sorbet

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the frozen grapes into a high-speed blender or food processor. Since they’re frozen solid, give them a minute or two on the counter to soften slightly before blending.
  2. Add in the lemon juice and maple syrup. The lemon brings brightness, while the maple adds depth to the sweetness — together they elevate the natural grape flavor.
  3. Blend on high, pulsing as needed. If your machine struggles, add 1–2 tbsp water at a time to loosen it up, but don’t go overboard — you want a thick, scoopable consistency.
  4. Once smooth, taste and adjust the sweetness if desired. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or transfer to a freezer-safe container to firm up for 30–60 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
