Hot Honey Chicken Pasta 🍯🔥 Creamy, spicy, sweet, and crispy all on one plate. The perfect blend of heat, honey, and that rich, silky pasta sauce. Recipe: Chicken + Marinade: • Chicken tenders • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp Morton’s Season-All • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 tsp Kinder’s All Purpose • 1 tsp Tony’s seasoning • 1 packet Sazón • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp parsley • 1 cup buttermilk • 2 tbsp jalapeño juice Flour Coating: • All-purpose flour • Same 1 tsp seasonings as above Hot Honey Sauce: • ½ cup Frank’s Buffalo • ¼ cup honey • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste) Pasta + Sauce: • 1 box penne pasta • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder (for boiling pasta) • 2 tbsp unsalted butter • Minced garlic • Chopped onion • 1 tbsp flour • 1½ cups heavy cream • 1 tsp of the same seasonings listed above • 4 oz mozzarella cheese • Extra 1 oz mozzarella for finishing ⸻ Instructions: 1. Season chicken with all spices listed for the marinade, pour in buttermilk and jalapeño juice, and mix well. Let marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Season flour with the same spices. Coat chicken in the flour, shaking off excess. 3. Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken for 7–12 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside. 4. In a small pot, simmer Frank’s Buffalo, honey, and hot sauce until glossy, then toss the fried chicken in the sauce. 5. Boil penne pasta in water seasoned with chicken bouillon powder until tender, then drain. 6. In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant. Add flour and whisk for 30 seconds. 7. Slowly pour in heavy cream, add the same seasonings, and let it thicken. Stir in 4 oz mozzarella until smooth. 8. Add pasta into the sauce along with the additional 1 oz mozzarella and mix until creamy. 9. Save my recipe for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love! ➡️ Recipe: Chicken pan fried noodles 🍜 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced 4-5 stalks of green onions, separated white parts from green. Slice white parts in half and green parts cut into 3 in pieces. 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into matchstick strips 4-5 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 lb fresh wheat noodles, par cooked (see note below) can also substitute for egg noodles or cooked spaghetti if needed. Cooking oil 1 lb Chicken thighs, 1/4 inch slices 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Baking soda Sauce— 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tsp sesame oil 1. Par boil your fresh wheat noodles for 1 minute or cook until al dente for other noodle options. Strain and set aside. 2. Marinate sliced chicken thighs with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper and baking soda. Mix well and marinade for 15 mins. 3. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine and sugar. Mix well and set aside. 4. In a large wok heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on high heat. Sauté marinaded chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan. 5. Add 2 more tbsp of cooking oil to the wok then sauté white parts of green onions until fragrant. Add garlic and onions and sauté until onions are slightly translucent. 6. Add cabbage and carrots then sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the par cooked noodles, cooked chicken and pour the sauce over everything. Toss everything together. Cook until the noodles absorb all the sauce about 3-4 mins. 7. Finish it off with a drizzle of sesame oil and the green parts of the the green onions. Give it one last toss.
