This vibrant, herby, and creamy linguine is the perfect way to celebrate greens in their best form. With a sauce made from fresh herbs, olive oil, garlic, and a touch of cream, this recipe is a nourishing twist on comfort food — simple to whip up but bursting with flavor.

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine basil, parsley, spinach, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon zest/juice, and Parmesan if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  3. Return drained pasta to the pot, pour in the green sauce, and mix well over low heat.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream to give it a velvety texture, then toss until pasta is fully coated. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve warm with extra Parmesan, crushed red pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
