This vibrant, herby, and creamy linguine is the perfect way to celebrate greens in their best form. With a sauce made from fresh herbs, olive oil, garlic, and a touch of cream, this recipe is a nourishing twist on comfort food — simple to whip up but bursting with flavor.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a blender or food processor, combine basil, parsley, spinach, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon zest/juice, and Parmesan if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Return drained pasta to the pot, pour in the green sauce, and mix well over low heat.
- Stir in the heavy cream to give it a velvety texture, then toss until pasta is fully coated. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan, crushed red pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
