Garlic Scallion Lobster Noodles
Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 Oz Chow Mein Noodles
- 1/2 or 3/4 Cup Lobster Meat
- 3 or 4 Green Onions
- 2 Garlic (Sliced )
- 1 Tbsp Ginger (Julienned)
Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 2 or 3 Tbsp Chicken Broth (Or water )
- 1/2 Tsp Cornstarch + 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- Small Drizzle of Sesame Oil

1. Cook noodles
Boil until just tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Start the flavor
Heat oil over medium-high.
Add ginger + garlic → cook ~30 seconds.
Add green onion whites.
3. Add lobster
Toss in lobster just to warm through (don’t overcook).
4. Sauce
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and broth. Let it bubble.
5. Noodles
Add noodles and toss until coated.
6. Gloss it
Add cornstarch slurry → toss until shiny and lightly thickened.
7. Finish
Add green onion tops + tiny drizzle sesame oil.
