A delicious and comforting dish featuring flavorful beef and vegetable filling wrapped in tender cabbage leaves and pan-seared to perfection.

Directions

  1. In a large pan, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. To the pan, add the celery, onion, carrots, garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook until the onions soften.
  3. While the filling cooks, boil a pot of water and cook the cabbage leaves until soft and pliable. Drain.
  4. Place a portion of the cooked meat and vegetable mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Heat olive oil in a clean pan over medium heat. Place the cabbage rolls in the pan, seam-side down, and cook until browned on all sides.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
