Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

A delicious and comforting dish featuring flavorful beef and vegetable filling wrapped in tender cabbage leaves and pan-seared to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 celery stalks (diced)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Directions
- In a large pan, cook the ground beef until browned.
- To the pan, add the celery, onion, carrots, garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook until the onions soften.
- While the filling cooks, boil a pot of water and cook the cabbage leaves until soft and pliable. Drain.
- Place a portion of the cooked meat and vegetable mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Heat olive oil in a clean pan over medium heat. Place the cabbage rolls in the pan, seam-side down, and cook until browned on all sides.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
