Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat an oven-safe mug, ramekin, or small baking dish with a little oil or non-stick spray.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips: ½ cup oats, ½ banana, 1 egg, ¼ cup milk of choice, a pinch of sea salt, and ¼ tsp baking soda.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and combined. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top generously with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with a pinch of flakey sea salt for that perfect sweet-salty finish.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before digging in. Enjoy warm directly from the dish!
