This single-serve chicken and broccoli is the ultimate weeknight go-to, savory, saucy, and perfectly portioned. Loaded with flavor and cooked in under 30 minutes, it’s the perfect balance of healthy comfort food and quick satisfaction.

Directions
- To a bowl, season chicken with All Purpose Seasoning, white pepper, and sesame oil. Combine and set aside.
- To a wok or skillet on medium-high heat, add oil and sear the chicken on both sides until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- To a separate pot, steam broccoli for 3–4 minutes or until vibrant green. Remove and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin, maggi, chicken broth, and rice wine vinegar.
- Add sauce to the wok or skillet and bring to a boil. Add in minced garlic.
- Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry and simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Add in cooked chicken and broccoli and stir until well coated.
- Serve with white rice or a starch of your choice.
