A healthy and satisfying salad featuring perfectly air-fried salmon and creamy avocado. It’s a quick, protein-packed meal that’s both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients:

Directions

  1. Season your salmon liberally, then add 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add all your salad ingredients to a bowl and toss.
  3. Add all dressing ingredients into a bowl and blend.
  4. When you are ready to eat, top the salad with the cooked salmon, avocado, and dressing.
