This high-protein breakfast is packed with flavor and perfect for busy mornings. The baked base is creamy and savory, topped with delicious layers of protein to keep you energized all day long.
Ingredients:

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together avocado, cottage cheese, and 1 egg until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread into a round or oval shape.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the base is golden and set.
- Remove from the oven and top with cooked turkey bacon, a fried or poached egg, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
