The ultimate way to use up leftover meatloaf! Slices are pan-fried until crispy and golden, topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, and served on a toasted bun with ketchup. Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
- meatloaf
- oil
- butter
- cheese slices
- burger rolls
- ketchup
- onions

Directions
- Slice leftover meatloaf into ½-inch thick slices.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and butter. Once hot, add the meatloaf slices and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of each meatloaf slice and let it melt.
- While the cheese melts, toast the burger rolls in the same pan or a toaster.
- Spread ketchup on the bottom bun. Place the cheesy meatloaf slice on top.
- In the same pan, toss onions and fry until softened and slightly caramelized (about 2-3 minutes).
- Place the fried onions on top of the meatloaf, then cover with the top bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
