These gooey Kinder Brownies feature a rich chocolate brownie base loaded with white chocolate chips and stuffed with creamy Kinder Chocolate bars. Every bite is fudgy, chocolatey, and packed with melty pockets of Kinder goodness.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 200 g milk chocolate (broken into pieces)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions
- Place the butter and broken milk chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until no dry streaks remain.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Arrange the Kinder Chocolate bars evenly over the batter.
- Cover with the remaining brownie batter and smooth the top.
- Scatter additional Kinder Chocolate pieces over the surface.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center remains slightly fudgy.
- Allow the brownies to cool before slicing for clean, gooey squares.
