These gooey Kinder Brownies feature a rich chocolate brownie base loaded with white chocolate chips and stuffed with creamy Kinder Chocolate bars. Every bite is fudgy, chocolatey, and packed with melty pockets of Kinder goodness.

Directions

  1. Place the butter and broken milk chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until no dry streaks remain.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Arrange the Kinder Chocolate bars evenly over the batter.
  9. Cover with the remaining brownie batter and smooth the top.
  10. Scatter additional Kinder Chocolate pieces over the surface.
  11. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center remains slightly fudgy.
  12. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing for clean, gooey squares.
