
Keto Chicken Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken (cooked & shredded)
- 12 oz frozen cauliflower (microwaved or steamed and well drained)
- 1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon crumbles
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Sauce
- 4 ozs cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (softened)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix together the sauce ingredients in a large bowl.

Fold in the chicken and cauliflower. Stir in half the cheese, half of the bacon and half of the green onions. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.

Top with the remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden, bubbly, and hot.
