A healthy, gluten-free, and dairy-free banana bread that’s incredibly moist and packed with flavor! Made with peanut butter, oat flour, and dark chocolate chips, this naturally sweetened loaf is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. So easy to make and so delicious!
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 - 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (depending on how thick your peanut butter is)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add eggs and peanut butter (100% peanuts). Mix until well combined.
- Add gluten-free oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon (optional). Stir until just combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
