A healthy, gluten-free, and dairy-free banana bread that’s incredibly moist and packed with flavor! Made with peanut butter, oat flour, and dark chocolate chips, this naturally sweetened loaf is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. So easy to make and so delicious!

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add eggs and peanut butter (100% peanuts). Mix until well combined.
  3. Add gluten-free oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon (optional). Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
