Directions

  1. Season the PORK CHOPS generously with ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING.
  2. Prepare the dry mixture by combining the ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR and additional ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING in a large bowl or shallow dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the wet mixture by whisking together the 3 EGGS and MILK OR BUTTERMILK.
  4. Prepare the KNORR CHEDDAR BROCCOLI RICE according to the package directions and keep warm while the pork chops and okra are fried.
  5. Heat the OIL in a large skillet on the stove.
  6. Dip each seasoned PORK CHOP into the wet mixture, allowing the excess to drip off.
  7. Coat each pork chop thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
  8. Carefully place the coated pork chops into the hot oil and fry until the breading is deeply golden and crisp, the chops are browned on all sides, and the pork is cooked through.
  9. Dip the OKRA into the wet mixture, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
  10. Carefully fry the coated okra in the hot oil until golden-brown and crisp, then remove and allow the excess oil to drain.
  11. Plate the crispy FRIED PORK CHOPS with a generous serving of FRIED OKRA and CHEESY BROCCOLI RICE. Serve hot and enjoy.
