This Fried Pickle Dip turns all the best parts of fried pickles into a creamy, crunchy, party-ready appetizer. Tangy dill pickles, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, and buttery ranch-toasted breadcrumbs come together for a cold dip that is perfect for cookouts, game day, and easy entertaining.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 4 oz Panko bread crumbs
- 24 oz jar kosher baby dill pickles (diced)
- 8 oz cream cheese (whipped)
- 16 oz sour cresm
- 1/2 cup pickle juice

Directions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the ranch seasoning and panko breadcrumbs. Stir to combine and cook until the breadcrumbs are golden and toasted.
- Dice the dill pickles into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, diced pickles, and pickle juice. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Add half of the toasted ranch breadcrumbs to the dip and stir to combine.
- Transfer the dip to a clean serving bowl.
- Top with the remaining toasted breadcrumbs.
- Cover and chill in the fridge until set.
- Serve cold with chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
