Transform any simple vegetable into a luxurious side dish with this incredibly easy, emulsified butter sauce that comes together in just minutes.

Directions

  1. In a pot over medium heat, add the whole butter. Add the vegetables and water.
  2. Swirl everything around with tongs. As it comes up to a low simmer, it will begin to bubble. Mix together continuously to emulsify the butter and water into a sauce. Let it reduce for 3-5 minutes to form a slightly thickened sauce.
  3. Season with salt and seasonings of your choice and serve immediately.
