The easiest, most flavorful crockpot chili you’ll ever make! Loaded with ground beef, beans, and a rich tomato base, this set-it-and-forget-it recipe is perfect for game day, busy weeknights, or cozy weekends. Let it simmer low and slow for deep, delicious flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1 can chili beans (do not drain)
- 1 24 oz can diced tomatoes (or two 14 oz cans)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)

Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. In a separate skillet (or the same one after removing the beef), sauté diced onion until translucent and soft.
- Add the cooked ground beef and sautéed onion to the crockpot.
- Pour in black beans (drained), chili beans (undrained), diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and tomato paste.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, dried mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together to combine well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, or diced green onions. Enjoy!
