A vibrant, herb-packed Argentinian sauce with a perfect balance of fresh parsley, garlic, and red wine vinegar that elevates any grilled steak to extraordinary heights.

Directions

  1. Finely chop the garlic, red onion, cilantro leaves, and parsley leaves by hand for the best texture.
  2. Combine all chopped ingredients in a bowl with chili flakes, pepper, oregano, and salt.
  3. Whisk in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Let the sauce rest for 15-20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, though it’s best when fresh.
