Chimicurri Sauce for Steak

A vibrant, herb-packed Argentinian sauce with a perfect balance of fresh parsley, garlic, and red wine vinegar that elevates any grilled steak to extraordinary heights.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Finely chop the garlic, red onion, cilantro leaves, and parsley leaves by hand for the best texture.
- Combine all chopped ingredients in a bowl with chili flakes, pepper, oregano, and salt.
- Whisk in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Let the sauce rest for 15-20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, though it’s best when fresh.
