Bourbon Garlic Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt + pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup bourbon
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp butter
These bourbon garlic wings are finger-licking good, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and glazed with a garlicky-sweet bourbon sauce that’s pure magic. Perfect for game night, weeknight dinners, or just because wings make everything better.

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss wings in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 min).
- Add bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 6–8 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Toss the crispy wings in the warm bourbon garlic glaze until fully coated.
- Serve hot with scallions, sesame seeds, or your favorite dip. Enjoy!
