  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss wings in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 min).
  • Add bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 6–8 minutes until thickened slightly.
  • Toss the crispy wings in the warm bourbon garlic glaze until fully coated.
