Directions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, then slice or shred and set aside.
- To make the Alfredo sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the Parmigiano-Reggiano until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of lasagna noodles, more Alfredo sauce, and a layer of the cooked chicken. Repeat until all ingredients have been used, finishing with Alfredo sauce and extra Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350–375°F for 25–35 minutes. Remove the foil during the final 10 minutes to lightly brown the top.
- Let the lasagna rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
