These Air Fryer Lemongrass Pork Chops are juicy, savory, slightly sweet, and packed with Vietnamese-inspired flavors. The combination of lemongrass, fish sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and shallots creates a deeply flavorful marinade that transforms simple pork chops into a restaurant-quality meal. Air frying keeps the process easy while delivering beautifully caramelized edges and tender, juicy meat every time.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp lemongrass paste
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp shallots (minced)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp annattoo seed oil
- black pepper (to taste)

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the lemongrass paste, garlic, shallots, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, annatto seed oil, and black pepper.
- Add the pork chops and coat thoroughly in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For deeper flavor, marinate for up to 6 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the pork chops in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
- The pork should be caramelized on the outside and fully cooked through with an internal temperature of 145°F.
