Set aside. ⁃ Finely chop the celery stalk. ⁃ Cut the buns just a little bit on the sides, brush with butter and fry from both sides. ⁃ Before putting the lobster into the bun. This buttery Lobster Roll brings together tender steamed lobster, warm garlic herb butter, crisp celery, and toasted split-top buns for an elevated seafood dish that still feels simple and fresh.
Ingredients:
- 3 lobster tails
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 center split buns
- 70 g butter
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
For the Butter Sauce
- butter (use the good stuff)
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/3 tsp lemon zest
- chives

Directions
- Steam the lobster tails for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat.
- Add the garlic, dill, smoked paprika, and lemon zest to the melted butter. Stir, then set aside.
- Finely chop the celery.
- Trim the sides of the center-split buns slightly, brush with butter, and toast on both sides until golden.
- Add the cooked lobster to the warm butter sauce and gently toss until coated.
- Add the chopped celery and mix lightly.
- Fill the toasted buns with the lobster mixture.
