Lobster Roll 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients: 3 Lobster Tails 1/2 stalk Celery 2 Center Split Bun 70g. Butter Salt/Pepper to taste For the Butter Sauce: Butter (use the good stuff) 2 Cloves of Garlic 1 Tsp Dill 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1/3 Tsp Lemon Zest Chives ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Steam lobster tails 5 minutes. ⁃ Take it out of the shell and cut. ⁃ Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat. ⁃ Add garlic, dill, smoked paprika and lemon zest to the melted butter. Set aside. ⁃ Finely chop the celery stalk. ⁃ Cut the buns just a little bit on the sides, brush with butter and fry from both sides. ⁃ Before putting the lobster into the bun. Directions

  1. Steam the lobster tails for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat.
  4. Add the garlic, dill, smoked paprika, and lemon zest to the melted butter. Stir, then set aside.
  5. Finely chop the celery.
  6. Trim the sides of the center-split buns slightly, brush with butter, and toast on both sides until golden.
  7. Add the cooked lobster to the warm butter sauce and gently toss until coated.
  8. Add the chopped celery and mix lightly.
  9. Fill the toasted buns with the lobster mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with fresh chives, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
