Bold, flavorful, and dripping in sweet-heat goodness, these honey jerk chicken skewers bring the island vibes straight to your plate. Juicy chicken thighs marinated to perfection and coated in a sticky homemade glaze, they’re the perfect crowd-pleaser for dinner or weekend grilling.

Directions
- Chop boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, adobo, sazon tropical, and a generous amount of oil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning and 1 tablespoon of green seasoning. Mix thoroughly to coat.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer if possible).
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Air fry at 400°F for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- To make the glaze, combine butter, jerk seasoning, ginger paste, a splash of soy sauce, honey, and a dash of rice vinegar in a pan.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
- Brush the glaze generously over the cooked skewers and serve hot.
