Directions

  1. Chop boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, adobo, sazon tropical, and a generous amount of oil.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning and 1 tablespoon of green seasoning. Mix thoroughly to coat.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer if possible).
  5. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  7. To make the glaze, combine butter, jerk seasoning, ginger paste, a splash of soy sauce, honey, and a dash of rice vinegar in a pan.
  8. Simmer until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
  9. Brush the glaze generously over the cooked skewers and serve hot.
