Fall-Off-The-Bone Baked Pork Ribs
These tender, sticky pork ribs are everything a comfort meal should be — smoky, sweet, and baked to perfection until the meat slides right off the bone. With a caramelized crust and juicy center, they’ll have your kitchen smelling like a BBQ joint in heaven.

- Ingredients
• 2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• ½ cup BBQ sauce (for basting)
Instructions
- ◊ Prep the ribs: Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs for ultimate tenderness. Pat dry with paper towels.
- ◊ Make the rub: Mix paprika, brown sugar, and all seasonings. Rub ribs generously with olive oil, then the dry mix.
- ◊ Wrap and bake: Wrap ribs tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- ◊ Glaze and broil: Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for 4–6 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
- ◊ Rest and serve: Let ribs rest 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra sauce on the side.
