Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Continue cooking 2–3 minutes until golden and nutty. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.

Stir in browned butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.

Sprinkle in baking soda and salt. Gently fold in flour until just incorporated.

Mix cinnamon into the batter lightly for subtle swirl effect.

Pour into loaf pan and bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 20–30 minutes before slicing.
