Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and chilies and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully cooked (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is coated.
  5. Add basil leaves and stir just until wilted (about 30 seconds).
  6. Serve over hot jasmine rice, topped with a crispy fried egg if desired.
