Light, airy, and incredibly fluffy pancakes made with just 6 simple ingredients! These pancakes are quick to whip up and perfect for a lazy weekend breakfast or a special morning treat. Top with butter, maple syrup, or fresh berries for the ultimate pancake experience.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
- Add eggs and milk. Mix until just combined—a few lumps are fine. Do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings: butter, maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream. Enjoy!
