Name: Curry Crab
Ingredients: 2 lb Dungeness Crab; 1 small onion (diced); 1 red pepper (sliced); 1 yellow pepper (sliced); 2 carrots (sliced); 1 cup corn; 4-5 garlic cloves (minced); 1 tbsp fresh ginger; 3 tbsp curry Powder; 1 tsp turmeric; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 3 springs of thyme; salt (to season); pepper (to season); 1 can coconut milk; 1 cup seafood stock (or water); 1 tsp better than bouillon lobster base (optional); 1 tbsp Walkers Wood Mild Jamaican Jerk Seasoning; 1/2 lime (juice); fresh cilantro (for garnish)
